Aussie: ';If it's good enough for Kangaroo's....it's good enough for You!';
My hair LOVES the Fructis Garnier Shine!!!! :)
I haven't tried neither of them,but my cousin said Fructis Garnier works!
try Biosilk, it's a little pricey but it words wonders.
Try both at once. Sure, your hair might fall out, but it'll be shiny and smooth.
Fructis is great shampoo - I got tired of buying professional shampoos at 20 to 30 dollars a bottle. I tried Fructis and my hair looks better now than it ever did. I'm hooked.

    Meera herbal shampooooooooooooooooooooooo
    First one need to find out the reason why thin and lost hair even exist.

    then search how to eliminate them.

    Basically this shows that your skull skin is very sensitive.

    And using shampoos is not going to help in fact they will increase your problem . as shampoos are all chemicals.

    so, stop using all heard shampoos like what ever you mentioned.

    they are all hard on even a normal skin , so

    shampoos are not going to help , believe me .

    use shampoos to clean your hair and head only.

    there are herbal oils for this problem.

    if u want them just mail me .

    recommended shampoo is Jonson %26amp; jonson baby shampoo.
    1.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.

    2.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for 陆 hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week

    Here are 10 tips for to keep your hair strong, smooth, shiny and beautiful!

    1. Keep your diet balanced, and eat protein and calcium rich foods. Stay away from junk foods! This is essential for healthy hair.

    2. Foods and supplements to nourish your hair:

    * Beans

    * Yogurt

    * Almonds

    * Vitamin B

    * Fish

    * And of course, the magic potion for beauty - WATER

    3. Before washing your hair, comb it well to make sure all knots has been loosened from your hair.

    4. Before applying shampoo, use warm water (35 to 38 degrees Celsius) to run through your hair to rinse and wet it thoroughly.

    5. When applying shampoo or conditioner, don't use your fingernails to scrape through your hair. Instead, use your palm and fingertips to massage your scalp and hair gently, in circular motions. This will help the circulation and also help to keep your hair shiny and smooth.

    6. After rinsing away all the shampoo, run water over your hair for at least another half a minute (3 minutes is best) to ensure there are no remains of shampoo remaining in your hair, since this will cause a great deal of damage to your scalp.

    7. When applying hair treatment products, do so just after you have washed your hair, so that your hair can absorb all the good stuff while it is half wet. This will be the best time for it to absorb nourishment.

    8. NEVER go to bed with your hair wet! Hair that is half wet is most easily broken, and if you sleep during this time, your hair will be rubbing against each other, damaging your hair in the most terrible way.

    9. Too much pressure may lead to hair loss! Relax... try some good relaxation methods such as soaking in a nice scented bath, listening to music, and eating healthy comfort foods such as strawberries and grapes.

    10. Perming and coloring seriously damages your hair. Avoid it as much as possible. Also, when using hair setting products such as gel or putty, use as little as possible, because they hurt your scalp and hair. Wash them out thoroughly afterwards with a shampoo specially created for removing styling products.

    3.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.

    4.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.

    5.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.
    First you need to use professional products. Things sold over the counter are never of top quality. If you want to see for yourself use a cosmetic dictionary and research the contents of what you are using. The best one I have found in my experience is Nioxin which is sold in salons and the easiest place to find is a store like Ulta or something like that. You need the shampoo conditioner and treatment at least they also have a viatamin that is helpful. It works the same way a skin care line would work cleanse condition and treatment.
    You can stop hair loss using many cheap and effective home remedies. Egg white, lemon juice, oil massage are other home remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm鈥?/a> will prevent further problems.
    ih you dont seem to be eating right... have some paneer , dry nuts , vit E, B complex, veges , fruits, palak n carrot juice, stop fried stuff, i think you will see the difference in a few weeks.

    Tips To Stop Hair Loss %26amp; Keep Healthy Hair Here are some hair care tips that you can use to help stop hair loss and keep your existing hair healthy and looking great. Please don't take these tips lightly. They are very important . The only thing they require is your time and commitment.

    - Massage your scalp with your fingertips (not your nails) daily to stimulate and promote circulation to your scalp and reduce excess fallout. Invert your head while you shampoo %26amp; massage your scalp. This helps promote blood circulation to the head.

    - Essential oils %26amp; tea . To stimulate scalp circulation, massage the scalp with rosemary essential oil or rinse hair with tea made from sage.

    - Comb or brush your hair and scalp gently in the morning and at night. This helps break up hardened oils (sebum) that are clogging your hair follicles. Doing this alone has produced new hair growth. Do not over do combing or brushing.

    - keep a distance from dryer's heat. When using blow dryers, always keep the heat a good distance from your scalp and hair. Avoid heating the scalp and hair excessively. Excessive heat will increase hair loss, and excess fallout.

    - Avoid getting hair creams, lotions, styling gels and sprays directly on the scalp as they will clog your hair follicles. Use a light hold spray if you must.

    - After swimming in a pool, shampoo your hair as soon as possible to remove any chlorine residue. Chlorine is extremely damaging to the hair and scalp.

    - Avoid over-exposing your hair and scalp to the wind and sun. Good hair care over a long period really makes a difference!

    - Avoid tight hats and caps as they contribute to poor circulation, depriving the hair of proper nutrition and stunting new hair growth. The sweat, dirt and grime around the rim inhibit follicle health and contribute to build-up.

    - Always consult your health care provider for extreme causes of excess fallout and thinning. A medical condition or medication could be causing hair loss side-effects.

    - Strive for balance and harmony in both your personal and professional lifestyle. High stress factors can cause your body to react by fluctuating hormone levels. This in turn causes excessive oil secretion (sebum) which results in hair loss.

    - Pregnancy, nursing, menopause, and even birth control medication can cause constant changing factors on your nutritional needs and hormonal levels which contribute to hair loss and excess fallout.

    - Avoid ';crash and fad'; diets. Proper nutritious meals along with vitamin and mineral supplements are a key factor for healthy hair and skin.

    - Good hair care starts with awareness. These hair care tips, if followed consistently, will reduce excess fallout, hair loss, and promote new hair growth.

    - Reduce hair loss effects by increasing your intake of vitamin C found in fresh fruits and vegetables, particularly citrus fruit and juices, parsley, broccoli, green peppers and black currants. Take a vitamin B complex everyday or brewers yeast. Increase your intake of protein found in meat, fish, liver, wheat germ, dried cooked beans and peas, tofu, cheese, milk and eggs.

    - Take dietary supplements such as Vitamin B6, zinc %26amp; saw palmetto. Supplements are useful when you can't get enough from natural food sources.

    - The Chinese believe that hair is nourished by the blood, and therefore influenced by the kidney %26amp; liver. Treatment is aimed at these organs using fleece flower root, wolfberry fruit or mulberry fruit.

    - Eliminate stress or else it can be disastrous to your precious hair!

    - Get enough sleep. Sleeping well is essential for the health of your hair as well as for the rest of your body.

    There are ways you can help stop the grease from appearing but you have to work at it.

    Do not wash everyday. The cleaner your hair is the more it can seep into your glands and harder it is to get rid of. When you do wash make sure you are washing with a cleaning shampoo and scrubbing the build up off. Take in mind that you also have to have a ph-balanced mild shampoo and lite scrubbing is recommended. Try to avoid conditioner at the roots, apply in the middle or on the ends.

    Try to avoid oil in your daily food intake. And do eat more vegetables. You could visit your doctor but only after you check and consider your diet, drugs, alcohol, and your fatty food intake. Let's face it we see what McDonalds can do to your heart in a month, can you image your hair. You would be dripping everywhere.

    Maybe it's time to change your shampoo. Ask your stylist what she or he would recommend. Avoid using shine products at all costs. Keep away from two-in-one shampoos and conditioners and any frizz serums.

    To fix at the moment, rub a little Talcum Powder on your dried hair at the roots. Just make sure you wash it out. I wish they would event that magic product, but this will help until they do.

    What shampoo and conditioner is best for dandruff, shine, and oiliness?

    Here's my hair type:

    -I'm Filipino (I guess my race will help?)

    -Age 13 girl (teenagers DO get oilier right?)

    -The roots are like oily and like a few inches down it's just normal. like soft and a little oily.

    -my hair is a little wavy and kind of straight.

    -it's highlighted (color treated)

    -I have some dandruff. it's not severe, but it's on the roots.

    -I have loads of different shampoos and conditioners. I tried a lot of different ones for my hair: Aussie, Pantene, Bath and Body Works Conditioner, White Tea (hair salon brand), Herbal Essences, Sunsilk and Creamsilk.

    -Currently I'm using Head and Shoulders

    So, are there any shampoo and conditioners you would recommend to me? I preferably want my dandruff and oiliness away, and just have it evenly moisturized.

    Also, is there any advice on any food i can eat to make my hair healthier or something? What else I can do?

    Thanks :)What shampoo and conditioner is best for dandruff, shine, and oiliness?
    you can try t-gelWhat shampoo and conditioner is best for dandruff, shine, and oiliness?
    Nizoral shampoo is the way to go. you only have to use it 2-3 times a week, so you can continue using shampoo and conditioner beneficial to your other hair issues. you also have the option of just shampooing your scalp with the nizoral, then using your regular shampoo on the rest of your hair. getting rid of the dandruff will help with the oiliness.

    Shine shampoos and conditioners?

    Hi im trying to make my hair really shiny and silky. What shampoo (inexpensive) do you recommend from your use?? I want to get something that works. Pantene, SunSilk,Suave, those kinds of brands, which is the best?Shine shampoos and conditioners?
    I use Sheer Blonde, and I have soft, shiny hair.Shine shampoos and conditioners?
    I like Redken a lot. It's a little more than Pantene, but those cheaper brands are really bad for your hair. You can get Redken in your local grocery store or drug store (I get it at Rite Aid). Maybe $11 each?

    There are a couple of lines from Redken that might benefit you: Smooth Down or Clear Moisture.

    http://www.redken.com/products/haircare

    Also, I recommend getting a shine spray. The Biolage one is great. You use just a little bit on dry hair. They have great shampoos and conditioners, too. Available at Rite Aid as well.

    I use Garnier Frutic And i get complements on my hair all the time they usually say that its very soft and shinny you should try it :)
    dont use suave or pantene, their really bad for your hair. you should use john frieda brilliant brunnette =)

    Try Sunsilk ThermaShine.How do you get body and shine in your hair? What are some good shampoos and conditioners?
    I use Herbal Essences for my flat hair, and it really made a difference. It is called ';get a lift in all the right places';
    Use Phytovolume shampoo as your second shampoo and leave in for 3 minutes. Then use a very light conditioner, PhytoBaume works best, and on towel dried hair, spray some Phytovolume Actif and blowdry your hair upside down while pulling the roots away from the scalp with your fingers, this allows for max root lift. Then blowdry the hair as per normal. Use Phytolisse on mid lenghts and ends to smooth the cuticles and add shine.
    Paintein Pro-V shampoo and Conditioner...the one for volume.
    dont worry, you dont have to spend an arm and a leg! i tried sooooooooo many products...as for shampoo you can get anything

    try something cheap! as for conditioner just something moisterizing and that smells good (whatever you like) try VO5 it is cheap and works fine! THEN just use some products like shine serum (a little goes along way!) once in a while go for deep conditioning treatment!
    Garnier is the best brand. use dove too and enliven is not bad either.

    Which shampoo/conditioner: Aussie Sun Touched Shine, Aussie Hair Insurance, or Aussie Opposites Attract?

    I have light brown, slightly wavy, just past shoulder-length hair. I tried Aussie Cleanse and Mend shampoo and conditioner and I LOVE THEM! But I want another set of shampoo/conditioner so I can alternate and have more variety. Should I get the Shine, Hair Insurance, or Opposites Attract?

    More info. on products: http://www.aussie.com/us/collections/

    THANKS!Which shampoo/conditioner: Aussie Sun Touched Shine, Aussie Hair Insurance, or Aussie Opposites Attract?
    In my experience, it's not the shampoo that really matters, it's the conditioner. Anyone sounds fine, sun touched would be fine too. if you have damage - use the protection one, if it's prone to frizz, use the opposites attract one...Which shampoo/conditioner: Aussie Sun Touched Shine, Aussie Hair Insurance, or Aussie Opposites Attract?
    sun touched shine
    It depends on what your hair needs !

    use hair insurance if you style your hair a lot with a straightener or curling iron or other heated styling device

    use sun-touched shine if your hair is dull and you want it to look shiny

    use opposites attract if you style your hair a lot with hairspray, this will make it still soft but hold it in place .

    hope i helped ! :)
