I think bio-silk is the best. They have shampoos,conditioners and silk therapy for shine. You can use them everyday. For deep conditioning, leave the bio-silk conditioner on for 20 mins. wrapped in a warm towel and rinse. redken FAT CAT is great! it is a weekly treatment ,i also like redken extreme it is a dark bottle for use often
If ur black try Olive oil products once every 2 weeks





if ur spanish or white try granier frutius and i guess every other day.
